All weekend COVID-19 vaccine clinics will be held at our Clackamas office located at:

Patients
Ages 6 months to 4 years old
Patients 6 months through 4 years old will need 3 doses of the Pfizer vaccine to be considered fully vaccinated.
Second doses are administered 3 weeks after the first. Appointments will be made upon completion of the first dose.
Third doses are administered 8 weeks after the second. Appointments will be made upon completion of the second dose.
Fully vaccinated patients can receive the 2024-25 seasonal dose. Must have been 2 months since last dose.

Patients 5 to 11 years old will only need 1 dose of the Pfizer vaccine to be considered fully vaccinated.
Fully vaccinated patients can receive the 2024-25 seasonal dose. Must have been 2 months since last dose.
